HALL'S - HAIR RENEWER, deep peacock greenish blue, has the original deep peacock stopper, rectangular, 7 ¼" high including the stopper, bold embossing, hand tooled lip, perfect condition, spectacular color, $220

Note: Tape has been wrapped around the shank of the stopper to replace the missing cork so that the stopper fits the neck of the bottle.

DR. J. L. VAN DOREN'S / DYSPEPSIA ANTIDOTE. / N. Y., emerald green, square with beveled corners and slightly concave side panels, 7 5/8" high, applied flanged lip, has some nice stretched bubbles in the shoulders and neck, nicely whittled. Has a few very minor wear marks otherwise perfect, extremely rare, one of the finest early smooth base medicine bottles we have ever seen, American circa 1860, $3,400
CHURCH'S - CIRCASSIAN / HAIR - RESTORER, brilliant orange amber, rectangular with indented panels, 7 5/8" high, nice crude double applied top, good strong embossing. Some bubbles in the glass, slight orange peel surface texture, almost perfect with a few speckles of inside haze from the contents. A great example of this extremely rare bottle, America circa 1860 to 1870, $500
